A handmade full-grain leather bifold wallet in dark brown oil pull-up with a mustard oil leather interior, cut and stitched by hand in Sri Lanka.
Mustard is not a colour many people ask for and that is exactly why I like it here. Against the dark brown it reads warm rather than loud, and because both hides are oil leathers they move together — both lift pale where they fold, both come back under a warm thumb.
Oil pull-up is the most reactive leather on the bench. Every fold you put into it stays. Within a year the dark brown has gone deeper still and the mustard has warmed several shades.

Carrying it is most of the care. Condition it twice a year and leave the scratches alone — most rub out with a thumb. Repaired for as long as you own it, and the labour is on us.

Within Sri Lanka — dispatched within 72 working hours.

What if the cards don't fit?

In the first week the slots are usually tight. That is normal — the leather has to mould to what you carry, and it will.
If it still is not right after that, send it back. We will fix it and send it back to you.
Can you repair it later?

Yes — for as long as you own it, and we do not charge for the labour. Not for the first year. For as long as it is yours.
You cover only the materials a repair actually needs, and the shipping both ways.
How do I look after it?

Condition it roughly every six months. That is the whole routine — more than that softens the fibres and the piece loses its shape.

Why does hand stitching cost more?

A machine lock-stitch is one thread looping through itself. Cut it anywhere and the seam runs. A saddle stitch is two needles crossing in every hole — cut one thread and it still holds.
It takes far longer by hand, and that time is the whole of the price difference.
